Once you have created a search formula that isolates the data you need, you can save the formula and use it to search for data from the same project or other projects.

To save a search formula:

Click Save Formula in the Search Formula dialog box.
Type a name for the formula and click Save.

To load a saved formula:

Click Load Formula in the Search Formula dialog box.
Select the name of the formula you want and click Open.

Tip: You can also use Save Formula to save the column arrangement of the Project Table.
